"This was a very good location across the street from the Hop On Hop Off bus and a plaza that featured restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself is not a modern fancy hotel but filled with old world Spanish charm. It felt very safe and the only employee we saw did EVERYTHING and was so helpful and provided a nice typical European breakfast. Just be prepared that there is no elevator but she helped carry my luggage upstairs. "

"The place is an old very stylish building reconditioned as a hotel. It is beautiful, we've stayed during winter and it was cozy, clean and quiet. "There is nothing bad to say about this property. Victor and Anna are wonderful hosts but mostly it is like having a beautiful apartment to yourself. "We enjoyed our stay here very much! The room was so cute, the beds were very comfortable, it was quiet at night and the terrace was a nice bonus. The staff were all very nice and helpful, even helped us with our lugguge (no elevators). The location could not have been better, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still had lots of shops, plenty of dining options and was close to the beach! "

Someone before me was struggling so much with the process, that he forgot his government ID in the slot. The communication before hand was brilliant as I'd made a mistake filling in the online forms, this was rectified easily. I was apprehensive about the check in process being a machine outside as I was arriving around 10:30pm alone with 2 children. But it was quick and easy to check in and the machine issues your room key. The building and apartment itself was really clean. "
