"Location was good and apartment had all our needs however the air conditioner was broken and they didn’t do much to help us. They kept saying they waiting for the engineer but we were there for a week and no sign of an engineer. They could have offered us fans or perhaps another apartment but they didn’t seem too concerned to help. So that was disappointing. "We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment overlooking the swimming pool. The good: Great service at reception. Very helpful & with a smile. The flat was big enough for 2 & the terrace nice & large.
