"Fantastic hotel, the staff was very nice and accommodating. Ski shop had great rental options and equipment was in very good condition. Ski room was nice and lockers had plenty of room for all gear for 2 people. Ate at Altayaki the first night and it was very good. Breakfast buffet was also amazing every morning. Would definitely recommend for a ski trip and would book again."

"Really nice place. Clean and modern and very easy ski-in/ski-out. Elevators are an issue at times, but that is my only co plaint. Otherwise a great hotel. And the elevator is a nuisance, not a serious problem."

"The hotel is nice, really good breakfast! Location is perfect! We had a room for 2 ppl which was nice but rooms a very tight. Pool has nice warm water, sauna and steam room are great! Too bad it’s only open till 8 pm. "

"The evening food was wonderful - lots of local cheeses and lovely menu items. Breakfast was also excellent. The staff were all very polite and attentive. Perfect for the lifts and slopes if you’re skiing. "

"We stayed at Le Fitz Roy last year and enjoyed our stay so much we decided to stay again for this year's Val Thorens ski trip. This hotel is in the perfect ski-in-ski-out location at the bottom of the plain sud piste and also in the middle of town - ideal for bars, restaurants and shopping. "All in all very good with closeness to the slopes and good restaurants as well as a Carrefour nearby. Because you are responsible for cleaning they should provide better cleaning supplies. The ones that were in the room was pretty much useless. (No suction in the vacuum cleaner) Would 100% stay again."
