Traumhaft schön
Das Haus war genau so schön wie in der Annonce beschrieben. Alles ist sehr landestypisch eingerichtet und trotzdem modern und geschmackvoll renoviert. Der Garten ist pflegeleicht aber wunderbar angelegt, dazu ein herrlicher Poolbereich. Das kristallklare Meer und ein schöner Strand, blauer Himmel und warmes Wetter ließen uns einen traumhaften Urlaub verbringen. Die Villa ist zudem ruhig gelegen und bietet so gut wie keinem Nachbarn Einblicke auf das Grundstück. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen und danken der Familie Lagache und Fanny und Bruno vor Ort für diese wunderschöne Location!

Belle résidence au calme
Nous avons passer un agréable séjour , tout y est pour y passé de moments, de detente et promenade. La location se situe dans lieu au calme et avec une belle vue sur la ville et les Pyrénées. On remercie Fanny et Bruno pour leur accueil, conseils et explications sur la région. On y reviendra certainement.

Superbe villa, très bien située
Nous avons passé un séjour formidable. La villa est bien équipée, grande piscine bien entretenue et sa situation est parfaite. A deux pas de la pinéde qui mène à la plage Montgo par un petit sentier. De plus l'accueil trés sympathique et chaleureux de Fanny et Bruno a participé à cette note. Ils ont été au top.

ANNONCE FALLACIEUSE, TRES DECUS !
Suite à notre réclamation l'annonce a été modifiée mais lorsque nous avons souscrit sur Abritel il était indiqué, photos à l'appui, qu'il s'agissait d'une villa de 100m2 (et non d'un Rez-de-Chaussée de villa). Cette location fait 60m2 tout au plus et même en comptant la terrasse, on est loin du compte ! Nous sommes arrivés le 8 avril pour 10 jours, il faisait 17° dans l'appartement et 15° dans les chambres et même les adorables personnes, Fanny et Bruno qui gèrent cette location sur place, n'ont pu que nous apporter un petit radiateur à roulettes, donc, pas de chauffage pendant toute la durée du séjour ! Je vous passe les photos du jardin qui ne correspondaient pas (beau barbecue en dur enlevé et remplacé par un mini à roulettes, terrain en herbe remplacée par de l'herbe synthétique avec un chien c'est pas terrible !). Un grand merci à Fanny et Bruno pour leur accueil et le mal qu'ils se sont donnés pour essayer d'arranger la situation. Quant au propriétaire, nous sommes en attente de nouvelles suite à notre réclamation… ATTENTION : l'annonce indique toujours 100m2 et ne vous précise pas qu'au delà de 100KWh/semaine vous serez surfacturés !

Der schönste Urlaub
Ein wunderbares Anwesen, sehr sauber, sehr freundliche Kontakte mit dem Vermieter sowie mit dem Verwalter vor Ort (Grüße an Omar und seinen Neffen :-)) Die Bilder müssten mal aktualisiert werden, ebenso die Adresse des Objektes. Wir haben die 2 Wochen hier außerordentlich genossen, genauso wie unsere beiden Hunde. Vielen Dank für den schönsten Urlaub :-)

Wunderschöne Lage und super sauber
Wir kamen an und konnten nach leichten Schwierigkeiten in Bezug auf die Sprache den zuständigen Verwalter erreichen. Spanisch oder Französisch sollte man schon in Teilen beherrschen, da auch die Anwohner teils Spanier sind. Englisch wurd nur selten gesprochen. Alles war wie beschrieben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und alle Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Einkäufe kann man zwar zu Fuß erledigen, aber nur in kleinem Umfang. Ein Auto ist schon sinnvoll. Das TV war nur auf französisch, was im Urlaub weniger stört. Der Weg zum Meer dauert zu Fuss ca. 20 Min., aber das ist ok, weil die Umgebung der Knaller ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leuk huis met zwembad
Leuke vakantiewoning met een fijn zwembad, voor 2 personen is dit zeker ideaal. Het is een rustige buurt en voor herhaling vatbaar. Het ontvangst door Omar was ook goed en telkens als we een vraag hadden stond hij meteen paraat. We konden dan ook nog eens 2 dagen langer blijven omdat er niemand na ons in het huisje verbleef. Top vakantie gehad.

Parfait
La maison est très propre, et bien décorée. Omar nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Le quartier est calme et il est facile de se rendre au centre-ville ou sur le front de mer à pied. Il est également possible de faire des randonnées en partant directement de la maison. Pour que tout soit vraiment parfait, il faudrait peut-être ajouter dans la cuisine un torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle, et un sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bain mais ce ne sont que de petits détails au regard de la qualité de la maison. Je recommande sans hésiter cette location.
