Preis- Leistungsverhältnis entspricht nicht dem Inserat.

Das Haus ist innen und außen ungepflegt und war beim Einzug nicht sauber. Leichter Staubfilm auf allen Ablageflächen, Spinnweben an vielen Stellen. Poolarea und Swimmingpool verschmutz und seit längerem nicht gereinigt. In der Toilette fehlte der Lampenschirm, Leuchtmittel hing an 2 E-Kabeln. Möbel zum Teil abgewohnt und alt. Viele Schubladen mit allerlei Dingen vollgestopft. Hoomy Büroservice teilweise unfreundlich und obgleich mit Englischkenntnissen geworben, der englischen Sprache nur bedingt mächtig. Hoomy-Service nie wieder!
