"A nightmare from go. A week prior to arrival in Reim, I requested address from host, but she would not give it to us. Was told we would get the address at 3 PM on the day we were going to arrive. We arrived and we had no contact with the host until 4:30 PM when we called Vrbo customer service l. when we entered the unit, The front door was broken there was no working locks. There was a filthy garbage can in the hallway. there was a second entrance hallway door that was also broke without a lock....

"This property is amazing! So clean and roomy with everything you need. Nadange was an incredible host, the location is wonderful, and I loved everything about my stay. Must stay here when visiting Reims!"

"My only regret was that we couldnt stay longer. This apartment was well furnished, very cute and in the most convenient location. Very walkable to dozens of restaurants, bars and the best bakeries. I would highly recommend this apartment. We were two people and it was so spacious. Located on 3rd floor for those who have trouble with stairs, not a problem for us, but could be for some. I would definitely return."

"A clean, spacious, well appointed apartment, a 30 minute walk from the city area. From a guest’s perspective there were many little things missing which we’ve come to expect from our many short stay vacations eg A ‘Welcome to my House’ booklet explaining how to use the appliances and other features. Simple issues could easily be fixed if the guest knew how to work them eg dishwasher, key lock and heaters. Easily fixed if given an explanation of use, in the guest’s language. A simple guide, map...

"The Flat is in a great location within 10 mins of Reims Cathedrale. Check in process with easy and communication with property manager was great. Flat is big and well equipped. It has four bedrooms & two bathrooms but note it only has one toilet. Parking was free outside property and we always found a space but there are a lot of birds in area and car can get quite dirty. Overall the flat is great if you need to be in the centre of town and need to have parking. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Impeccable"

"The apartment is one in a maze of apartment buildings and was hard to find. The problem was made worst by extensive road repairs that closed the most logical streets into the building. Our GPS was stumped and could not get us in. The property manager only speaks French and we only English so that was hard but we overcame that. The apartment had ZERO towels and ,face clothes. We sent a text in French to the manager and he said they were in the apartment but they were not and he chose not to...

"Jo greeted us with a smile and good instructions about the apartment. Information about bakery, groceries and sites of Reims were provided as well, all within walking distance from the apartment. We arrived by train and we were able to walk to the the apartment within 10 minutes (easy walking through a wonderful park area..enjoy the lovely large trees providing tons of shade)"

"Excellent accueil, propreté irréprochable. Nous avons cohabité avec une autre famille dans l'autre logement, et partagé la piscine sans aucune nuisance. Production locale chez l'hôte et en voisinage. Tourisme de mémoire à faire aussi dans le secteur. Bons conseils de l'hôte!"

"This apartment is perfectly located and beautifully appointed. Our hostess took such great care of us. Through no fault of hers, our car was towed. There was a funeral and it was an exceptional circumstance. She spoke to the police, escorted us to the station and translated for us. I do not know what I would have done without her! If I could give more stars I would. Thanks again Laure!"

"What's not to love?!!!! We were in France for 16 days and visited and stayed in a few cities and Vrbo's! My party of three agreed that the location and the service ( champagne) were the tops for us!!! And that included Paris. We so enjoyed our talk with Nadange, she is warm and welcoming and professional. If we return to Reims we will stay with her again. We found France to be quite beautiful, friendly and of course full of history and amazing architecture."
