"The hotel is perfectly located ( maybe not right in the of the oldest part of town but very near the opera house and right on the water!) the room was great! And the balcony view was spectacular. "We were immediately welcomed by the receptionist she promptly upgraded our room, they exceeded our expectations in every way possible, this place is amazing, our first time in the area and WoW! We were fortunate enough to meet Anthony the owner and he was so kind and personable he made us feel like family. The hotel is first class in every way, the rooms were large and comfortable, the staff made me feel at home and really were attentive. Would definitely stay here again, such a great place!!"
