"Check in went smoothly. Staff refer guests to Royalton app to book the restaurants on site, everything was already booked out for guests arriving mid week & staying less than a week. Niyus the bellman was friendly & offered many suggestions for enjoying our stay in St Lucia. Room was nice but smells Moldy-needs better ventilation system (understandable that the tropical climate and humidity adds to this) Towels in the room also felt damp. Called front desk and they had someone clean the vents...

"We had a terrific time at royalton hideaway. We stayed for 6 nights. I really do t understand the low ratings I read before arriving. Most of them seemed pretty petty. The staff was ver helpful, we stayed hideaway diamond club. The Butler service was very helpful, the pool bar tenders at the hideaway were excellent. Good gym. Many food options and yes you need reservations for the restraints at dinner time. -h"

"Quiet, a bit dated. The beach was closed off from the hotel because it was "broken", so we were told. But you could get to it by walking through the town a ways. There was a great pâtisserie across the street, and a small grocery store was next door, both very convenient. There was a small kitchenette on the balcony of our room which was nice to keep food cold and heat stuff up in the microwave. Staff was great, tho some did not speak English, thank goodness for Google Translate. Pool was nice...
