Very beautiful, comfortable house "Dirk", 2 storeys, renovated in 2006. Outside the resort, 700 m from the centre of L'Ampolla, in a quiet, sunny position, 600 m from the sea, 600 m from the beach. Private: beautiful garden 200 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool kidney shaped (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: burglar alarm system. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, public parking on the road. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 11 km, railway station 700 m, sandy beach 600 m, shingle beach 400 m. Beautiful house and garden with a lovely pool and terrace
The house was lovely and spacious and in a fantastic position on the edge of L'Ampolla. walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants but quiet and secluded. Lovely pool and terrace. The house did not have aircon so was very hot at night and there were no fans. Lack of some basics such as no toilet paper/hairdryer/kitchen towels but very clean and well kept.

Mooi ruim huis in rustige omgeving.met op loopafstand winkels en het centrum. Mooie ruime tuin en geheel afgesloten voor de hond. Wel hier en daar wat achterstallig onderhoud,maar niet storend.
