"Nos hemos alojado 10 noches en esta casita, hemos estado muy agusto, el lugar es muy tranquilo y hay algunas calitas de aguas cristalinas a escasos minutos andando en las q bañarte, si no quieres coger el coche. Marcel es la persona q ha estado pendiente de nosotros durante nuestra estancia, es muy atento y se ha preocupado en todo momento de si necesitábamos algo. Si es cierto q la finca está genial pero bastante descuidada..tanto el jardín como el mobiliario y falta de limpieza y mantenimiento...

"We booked here last minute and were very grateful to the property manager on site - Carmen - who could accommodate us late arrivals on Easter Sunday! The house itself was comfortable with most facilities provided for, however the grounds were very run-down and clearly in need of maintenance."

Accommodation is very clean and all we need is there Check in is easy , communication has been super on each occasion On site hosts are quickly available, if needed Journey into nearest towns is approximately 10 minutes at a very leisurely pace If you want a break away from a busy world - this is probably the place for you - as is the whole, beautiful area"

"The Villa was fantastic. Spacious, very clean and great for six people (could also be up to 8). The communications with the owner were also excellent - very responsive and focused on our needs. Unfortunately, we were looking for a little more "life" and the area fell short in that aspect - limited places to walk to of an evening (we ended up with BBQ 3 nights and driving to places the other evenings), and only one local shop within walking distance that seemed very expensive. "We hebben 10 dagen met 2 gezinnen in deze villa verbleven. 4 volwassenen en kinderen van de leeftijd 5 tot en met 18 jaar. Het was een zeer geslaagde vakantie. Zeker als je in bezit bent van een auto, liggen hele leuke plekken op afstand. Zee en winkels op 5 min rijden. Voor alle leeftijden leuke activiteiten te doen op korte afstanden. We gaan dit zeker nog eens herhalen!!"

"Jolie maison dans un quartier calme. La ville de tres cales est situées à 10 minutes de l'ametlla de mar qui est une tres belle ville. La propriétaire de la maison est très sympathique ainsi que Dawn qui a été nôtre contact durant notre séjour. Belle expérience."

La remise des clés est à 16h car la villa est censé être nettoyé avant mais je me demande ce qu’ils appellent nettoyé ( des toiles d’araignées partout, la vaisselle sale et cassée, la cour de la villa également pleins de détritus. "My partner and I had a lovely time at Villa Joel. We stayed for 2 weeks. We particularly enjoyed the wonderful garden and amazing pool. Had to buy a mop for property, some doors had no latches, no outside lights worked , reclining sun beds would have been nice. "Beautiful property as shown in pictures. JORDI was super easy to connect with. Neither the pool nor hot tub is heated, which probably isn’t an issue when the weather co-operates but made it unusable for us. Quiet neighborhood, you definitely need a car but it is very central for exploring the area. The beaches around this area are beautiful. I would recommend this property to anyone."
