주인 아주머니가 체크인 시에 아이들이 크다는 이유로 체크인 못하게 하고 나가버렸다. 분명히 난 정확히 나이를 넣어서 원하는 가격을 미리 지불하고 바우처 까지도 가져가서 보여 줬는데도 모른다고 하면서 나가라고 했다. 아이들이 15세13세 11세 10세 4명 이어서 페밀리 룸을 예약했는데 아이들이 크다는 이유(대인 요금을 지불하라며 10.008엥을 요구했다.)로 체크인을 거부하며 나가라고 했다. kyoto station 앞쪽에서는 약 20정도 시골같은 길을 걸어서 들어가야 하는데 비도 오고 있었도 10시가 다된 시간에 막 무간에 나가라 하였다. 예약을 분명히 아이들 나이를 넣고 예약을 했고 일본 여행 3일 차동안 다른 숙소에서는 이런 경우가 없었다. 저녁9시까지만 한국인이 근무 hotels.com 에 전화가 안되서 미국에 영어로 통화해서 우리의 상황을 이야기했지만 처리 하는데 시간이 많이 걸렸다 (한시간 반 이상을 언성 높여 싸운 후에야 들어갈수 있었다.)

서비스 최악. 청결은 최상
사진과 보이는 점 동일합니다. 2층이라 올라가기가 좀 힘들었어요(캐리어가 컸음) 깨끗하고, 화장실도 따로 되어 있어서 편리하지만, 수건은 기본적으로 최소 1개는 무료로 해야되는 거라고 생각하는데, 1000원이나 받고 수건을 대여해주는 점이 별로였고 물 또한 돈 주고 먹어야 된답니다. ㅡㅡ;;; 4인이 갔는데 6인실을 주곤 안 쓰는 자리 어지럽히면 돈을 더 지불해야 된다고 가만히 안 있겠다는 식으로 이야기 한 게 기억나네요. 또 위치도 밤에 가니 골목으로 해매서 나왔는데 남자분이 (주인인듯) 쳐다보고 해매는 걸 봐도 가만히 지켜보더라구요. 결과적으로 서비스는 정말 별로 였습니다.
