"Clean and excellent service. Lots of facilities within the hotel. Breakfast and Dinner were excellent. Free supper is availabe at 10-11pm."

"Hotel style property, a little larger than I expected. A bit dated. We stayed in a traditional Japanese room with futons. Overall the room was great, but the futons were the hardest, least comfortable of the trip. Meals however were excellent, and we very much enjoyed the outdoor baths."

The front desk agent went above and beyond his duties to help my guests navigate their way to the Hotel since it’s relatively new and unique. The young ladies working the morning shift were equally helpful when I needed help translating and making calls. "We like the indoor family onsen and breakfast. The outdoor family onsen is abt 100 steps away. The staff are friendly and helpful. However facilities are a bit old and our room’s light was sort of broken and very dim at night."
