"Still under remodeling. Any time during the day you can clearly hear drills and some other construction equipment. "Great location. Clean. They need to be more family and business women traveler friendly. The bar area that also doubles up as front lounge reception area/is toxic with a men only vibe. In the evening it becomes tough to pass by there-rough boozed up and exclusive to certain crowd."

Podil is an AWESOME neighborhood of Ukraine that's crammed to the gills with great restaurants and cafes and bars. 3B just happens to be one of them where I took a photo! Burgers are all the rage in Kyiv right now, and this is one of many places that features them on the menu and does a darn good job making them. Decent beer selection too, and decent prices.

I have never seen so many bottles of whiskey in one place! This is a pretty classy venue, with unique dishes and knowledgeable wait staff and, obviously, loads and loads of whiskey options. Prices are more Western than the Ukrainian norm, but its appropriate to the venue. A must-visit if you like whiskey!
