Didn’t give us shampoo
Never got to stay at the address we booked. They gave us a key from a different appartment in the cbd. We had to ask them for toilet paper, soap and towels. It is way worse than pictures. They don’t speak Englis. Avoid to stay there at any cost!

The hotel is in the Best location of Kiev as is so easy to access to lots of sights - attraction & everything you need especially considered the price you pay for. The Lady in charge was so nice & Helpful, that , we stayed twice during our time in Kiev. One thing Very Important: Make sure you called & Double Check before Check-in, as there's really no one in the hotel to let you in. Overall, Very Happy!

Odada çok vakit geçirmeyecekseniz ideal
Otelin konumu harika, meydana 1 dk mesafede. Tek kişilik oda biraz küçük sayılabilir. Yine de tek kişi için idare eder. İlanda ücretsiz kablosuz internet var deniliyordu, ücretli olduğu söylendi, yararlanamadım.

Styr unna uansett pris, skam eier, dårlig service
Overnattet på dette hotellet i en uke. Jeg har aldri opplevd en slik opplevelse før. Ingenting stemte med beskrivelsen som de har skrevet. Ikke gratis Wi-fi, Ikke varmt vann i noen dager, uten vann i dusjen av og til, toalettet var løs, gammel håndklær med flekker, mørkt rommet med kun 2 av fem lyspærer fungerte, samme for badet og, rom og badet var ikke rent, dårlig seng med lytt som var umulig å sove der, jeg kjente hver eneste fjærne i ryggen, ikke overmadrass, pute og dynen var alt for gammel med dårlig kvalitet. De sa at skulle bytte håndkle og rense rommet hver 3. dag, men de kom aldri. Det var røyk i gangene hver dag. Dårligste service man kan oppleve. Etter vi har kranglet med hun unge damen som var det, kotaktet hun eieren. Han fortalte oss at dette er lavpris hotell. Så dere må forvente ikke bedre enn det. Jeg anbefaler dere å styre unna dette. Om du har allerede bestilt hotellet, avbestill det med engang før det er for sent. Helst velg en annen hotell med bedre kvalitet og komfortabel.

Bluff o bedrägeri!
Det heter Apartment men är små slitna rum som luktar unket. Toa dusch är lappat och lagat med tejp. På sidan mot gatan pågår ett bygge med pålning 6 dgr i veckan. Man blir ombedd att betala kontant vid ankomst sen drar de pengar på kortet också. Har en process med Hotel.com som inte är något vidare hjälpsamma. VARNING FÖR DETTA BOENDE!!!!!!!!
