Der Eingangsbereich ist mit vielen Stolperfallen versehen. Die Plattierung ist willkürlich hingeworfen. Bei Nässe sehr glatt. Sehr steile Treppe zum Schlafzimmer. Achtung: Absturzgefahr. Keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten. Außentreppe ohne Handlauf. Nicht definierte Parkfläche. Abfallentsorgung nicht definiert.Keine schriflichen Hinweise. Wir werden dieses Objekt nicht empfehlen.
