"Hotel Balcony is in nice hotel that is located in a really beautiful neighborhood, in the center of Kutaisi. It is near all the best attractions! The owner, Nona is very kind and accommodating! It is a two story building where the family lives on the first floor and the accommodations/rooms are in a renovated second floor so beware if you have mobility issues.
