The room was cheap, and we were just wanting a bed for the night. Really convenient to get away early for Ephesus. So weren’t expecting a huge amount. The room was ok, but the bathroom was awful. Looked like a renovation gone wrong, it wasn’t up to basic standard. The pool looked lovely

Don't bother.
Not my best experience. Clearly aimed at tourists booking online without viewing. Not City centre. Yes about ten minutes walk from marina(which is secure so of no real interest) but extremely steep climb back. Ok, good views from balcony. Reception told us nice restaurant on roof, no. Bar with snacks. Bathroom terrible as per pictures. Repair promised for next day and free cup of coffee as compensation. Hair dryer was fixed but shower not until next week. We left and found another place better location and cheaper with everything working. Would we stay again? No chance. My first bad review but justified without hesitation.

Our stay was not the best hotel experience.The staff could speak very little English and made very little attempts to make us feel welcome.we spent most of our time away from the hotel as the rooftop terrace was closed and being used for drying the bedding. There was very little outside space to enjoy the sunshine, only chairs to sit on. The pool area was very small,the pool depth was the same everywhere and as I am not a tall person I could not touch the bottom . Breakfast was typically Turkish, same thing every day .We enjoy Turkish food but ended up asking for just toast and jam. The bedding was like sleeping with a piece of cardboard over you ,room cleaning was a bit hit and miss depending on how many people were staying. In the description it said bathrobes were given, we never saw one in three weeks. We love Kusadasi and have been there many times but I think it was three weeks too long in the Demir .

Great sea view
Like most hotels in Kusadasi the hotel is quite old. Check in was easy and quick. Very good breakfast. The owner lady is very kind. We reserved the best seaview 'suite', it is not actually strictly a suite since it doesn't have a separate sitting area and is rather small. This wasn't really a problem. The thing we didn't like about the room, and whcih is not shown on the fotos is that the toilet is actually in the bedroom with just a glass screen and there is no door. You can't see because of the frozen glass screen but you can hear everything... which is not so good when on a romantic trip :) So we used the outside toilet. The room was clean, the view amazing, and the breakfast was very good we were happy all in all.

Struttura TERRIFICANTE! Da evitare a tutti i costi. Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto presenti sul sito, l’hotel è fatiscente. Bagno orribile sporco e senza box doccia pertanto si allaga tutto. Camera fatiscente e sporca…non effettuano neanche le pulizie. Colazione pessima e piscina piccolissima e sporca. Per cortesia non alloggiate qui!

Çok kötü değil ama kötü
Bize manzaralı bir oda verdiler en iyi yanı buydu. Ama onun haricinde iyi diyemeyeceğim. En kötü şey banyoydu. Duş almak için ayrı bir alan yok. Banyo, tuvalet, lavabo iç içe. Banyo kapısına duş suyu vura vura rutubet kaplamış. İlk gittiğimizde zaten oldukça eski tip olan klima da bozuktu, söyleyince tamir ettiler. Personelin ilgisi ve kahvaltı orta/yeterli. Lokasyon olarak sahil/çarşıdan biraz uzak ve otele dönerken yokuş çıkmanız gerekiyor. Biz araba olduğu için çok sorun yaşamadık ama arabanız yoksa sıkıntı.

Tanıtımdan aile oteli izlenimi almıştım. Bir gece konaklayıp, yolculuğumuza devam edeceğimiz için temiz ve sessiz olması yeterli diye düşünmüştüm. Otele girişimizde sorun yaşamadım, görevli bey hoş karşıladı. Odalara çıktığımızda, odalarda nem ve tuvalet gideri karışımı berbat bir koku vardı. Cam ve klimayı açarak biraz azalttık kokuyu. Duş başlığının boyaları dökülmüş ve bakımsızdı. Neyse bir gece geçireceğiz diyerek uyuduk ve sabah 5 de bir kadının merdivenden düşme sesi, düşmesinden mütevellit inleme sesi ve akabinde bir adamın onu “kaç git buradan, çık git” söylemleriyle sessiz olmaya çalışarak azarlaması ile uyandım. Bu süreç 15 dk kadar sürdü. Sonrasında adam tekrar otele yanında kadın olmadan geldi ve görevliye “buraya gelirse çıktı dersin” sözleriyle olay kapandı sandım ve tekrar uyumaya çalıştım. Bu sırada otel görevlisinin izlediği dizinin sesi odaya kadar geliyordu ve ya sabır çekerek uyumaya çalışıyordum. Saat 06.00 civarında aynı adam bu sefer kadınla telefonda bağırarak konuşmaya başladı ve aşağıya inerek görevliye, neden bu kadar gürültü olduğu halde müdahale etmediğini, böyle bir olay olduğu halde polise haber vermediğini sordum maalesef bir yanıt alamadım. Diziyi sesini kısım bir şekilde dinlemesini söyledim ve odama çıkıp 2 saat kadar uyudum. Bir kez daha bu otelde asla kalmam.
