"The Hotel is in an excellent location, it is just across the road from Toyama Station & close to all the tram lines,shops & restaurants. The room is spacious, clean & the bed was very comfortable. We highly recommend the hotel breakfast, there is a choice of a traditional Japanese breakfast or a buffet breakfast. We tried both and they were excellent. Breakfast is the highlight of our stays at this hotel. We would like to pay a special mention to Mitsuru Matsui San ( Rico Monte restaurant manager ) for his hospitality, friendliness,attentiveness & great service for the three days, it was a very memorable experience. "Hotel is good and comfy with all the basic needs that you need. It even has a complimentary breakfast. Staff very accomodating and if you arrive early which we did you have to wait for the check in time, they wont let you check in early. This hotel is good for short stay. "

"Really lovely hotel - next to Daiwa shopping centre and on the main tram route (hotel will give you free tram tickets on request) The onsen facilities are extremely good and the main reason to pick this hotel over its competitors. No gym but multiple franchise gyms in the vicinity. 5 minutes away is the incredible coffee shop “Sixth or Third” (English-speaking)"
