After a sun-kissed day exploring the area, return home to cool off in the private saltwater pool. Completely fenced, the pool patio features loungers and a gas grill perfect for the ultimate retreat.
Spanning three floors of stylish living space, this home offers plenty of room to spread out. The first floor features a private suite including a foosball table, direct access to the pool area, and an en suite bathroom.
On the second floor, enjoy an open-concept living room, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Enjoy dining alfresco on the covered deck and sipping crisp drinks in an Adirondack chair. Another suite is located on this floor and includes a private balcony overlooking the pool area and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower.
The ocean-view suite includes an en suite bathroom and ocean-view private deck. While another has a private balcony with views of the pool and a second bedroom featuring bunk beds.
The home is ready to make families' vacations easier offering three Pack ‘n Plays, a highchair, and toys. For added convenience, there is free WiFi perfect for streaming, central air-conditioning to keep you cool, and a private washer/dryer to refresh and head out for another day of beach adventures. Electric vehicle owners will be happy to know this vacation house is also EV-ready with a NEMA 14-50 charger plug in the garage.
Things to Know
The private pool is typically open from May through October. The saltwater pool is unheated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
