I wish I could speak to the owner
I was traveling with my disabled parents. I checked on two separate occasions to make sure there was a working elevator and when we showed up, the elevator was not working. There was a major storm that was tracking directly towards Carolina Beach and I reached out to the management company to inquire about the severity of the storm. They told me it was nothing to worry about as it was just a little rain. That was not accurate at all if anyone had bothered to check the weather as I had. we waited for about 30 minutes to see if the elevator was going to be fixed prior to being transferred to another unit. The other unit did not have a clubhouse or workout facility and this was very important to me. Both my parents were looking forward to a hot tub and a sauna. I do understand that things happen Under the best of circumstances. I asked for the manager to contact me and she never did. I requested this on Sunday when we checked in and then I requested it again on Monday and was told to come to the office Tuesday around nine or 930. I did go to the office and it was very evident that they had a lot of water damage to deal with at their office. Out of all of my travels, I have never been given just one roll of toilet paper. When I asked for additional rolls, I was told to go buy some. Since I am paying a little more than $1000 for three nights, kindness should be expected.the only towels in the unit were small white bath towels. We were not given any pool towels or towels for the
