"We stayed here for two nights, before and after our Tongariro Crossing trip. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Check in and communication was straightforward. The ear plugs left on the table came in handy as the property is located next to a fairly busy road and trucks transporting cars stop and do their driver change-over next to it. Also the carpet in the room could do with a refresh as it does not smell very nice."

"Was concerned to find dirty linens in both closets. The dryer was not working. Question whether the bedspreads and blankets were clean. Everything else looked clean. It was great having two bedrooms. Close to gas station/convenience store and restaurants to walk to. "

"This was a tidy and well appointed basement 2 bedroom unit. The layout is a little unusual but it worked well. It was very clean, well presented and in a nice location. Has a very new feel to it. Communication with the property manager was excellent. "

"We arrived at night, and the unit was welcoming and warm. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Can i suggest some new pillows please? While the pillow cases and protective covers were good, the pillows themselves had seen better days and were flat and/or a bit lumpy in one instance.
