"Room was small, but yet spacious enough for two twin beds. Bathroom was clean n updated, altho the lighting can improve as it was a little dark. Was surprised to find bath robes n umbrellas in the closet provided as well as bedroom slippers. Nice jacuzzi on the roof top, and breakfast there too"

"This is one of my favorite historic hotel. The swimming/Gym area is just right size. Morning Yoga classes by the water is also one of my favorite activities. The breakfast buffet is the best of the world. I love this hotel. "

"The staff was helpful. We were able to borrow unbrellas which was useful. Conveniently located to a hawkers stand delicious. Had maps so street art was found. Need a map for the walking tour which was fun but could only find it on our phone. Need to post ideas so people could see more actuvities in this wonderful city."

"Absolutely unique experience staying at this historical jewel. It felt like we were transported to more than a century ago but with contemporary amenities. The service was excellent and full of little surprises every day. This place is meant for those who appreciate wabi-sabi since it is a heritage site. Therefore, soundproofing is not great. "Great place to stay we enjoyed our 5 nights at Ozo. The rooms were clean and pool and view were outstanding. The gym has reasonable gear although its a bit of a fishbowl and gets incredibly hot in the afternoons. "

"The hotel is very well place for those wishing to explore the city. Little India and Chinatown are fairly close and that's a relief as there are no alcohol sales in the hotel for thirsty guests. This is not mentioned on any site to our knowledge. The rooms are fine, the wifi powerful, and the value is good, But when the place is full, a gloomy secondary dining room is used for breakfast that is huge and warehouse-like, with curtains firmly drawn to hide the dirty windows.
