"The stuff was very friendly, smiling a lot and professional. The hotel was clean, eco-friendly and had everything you need. The room was very spacious with nice view to the garden. It was very calm and silent. The program for children seemed amazing (there is a playground outside, play room and movie room inside; there is also an option with hotel auntie) and also the fitness classes everyday was good option...The swimming pool was quite empty. "Pozitiva: Příjemný hotel v krásné přírodě, prostorný pokoj s terasou, ocenili jsme parkování v podzemní garáži. Negativa: Pokojské, které nemluvily a nerozuměly česky... takže na žádost o výměnu ručníků nebo doplnění mýdla v koupelně nereagovaly... nepochopily, co se po nich žádá. Na mé gusto studený bazén... ve wellness hotelu bych čekala teplejší vodu, zvlášť pokud je venku zima. "

"Zamek Sarny is an absolutely incredible place to stay and we only wish we could stay longer than our two nights. Featuring an attentive staff and incredible restaurant with one of the best breakfast buffets we have had in recent memory, Zamek Sarny is already a much restored historical site with more restoration currently underway. "We recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-day getaway, and it was fantastic. The hotel appears to be recently renovated, featuring clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious and well-organized, ensuring each room knows exactly where to sit, which avoids any confusion. However, breakfast hours are a bit limited, running only from 8-9 AM. "Multiple pools - with a water slide! My teenage kids loved it. It is not a super water park, but they have a really nice pool / hot tub area and it is low-key but very nice. The staff was nice, the city area was nice - everything exceeded my expectations. We had a room that was like an attic room, and it had skylight type windows that we were able to open up and check out the area. I really likes this hotel. Also, the breakfast was good too. "

""Unique" was idea to pay extra for swimming pool using. For the first time in my life receptionist try to charge me (hotel guest) for usage hotel property. I have a long and difficult day, traveling from Chicago to the Czech Republic 10,5 hours flight to Istanbul, 6,5hours stop, 2,5 flight to Prague. I rented a car and have 2,5 hours drive to the hotel. "The stuff was very friendly, smiling a lot and professional. The hotel was clean, eco-friendly and had everything you need. The room was very spacious with nice view to the garden. It was very calm and silent. The program for children seemed amazing (there is a playground outside, play room and movie room inside; there is also an option with hotel auntie) and also the fitness classes everyday was good option...The swimming pool was quite empty. The choice of beauty treatments was great and done very professionally. We had amazing 5-dishes dinner in Dekompresja restaurant and very nice service. Really recommend it. The breakfast was very good - you could order warm dishes or choose something from buffet - they had vegetarian choices. Coffee was ok. Many nice options for children in terms of food :) Again very friendly and attentive staff. We are definitely coming back :) Also, there are plenty of things to do in Polanica or nearby"
