"Really spacious tent for four and very well equipped (except no can opener !). Massive bathroom and great catering bbq pack and potatoes salad. Only drawback was no soap or shampoo. Excellent burger in the restaurant. "

"Stunning lodge a little off the beaten track but so worth the effort! The location by the watering hole with the resident rhino and regular animals is amazing. The staff are fabulous and so helpful. The rooms are total luxury and feel so relaxing to sit and watch the weather and environment. They give you an extra key for the air conditioning as the tent gets hot. Food was very good and plentiful. We loved it - the safari drive was amazing and we saw so many animals- just a sore bottom after 7...

"The positioning of the lodge is its defining freaturr as the views are spectacular and available from every room and the main building. The quality of the food was high with a set menu and 'fine dining' feel. The track up to the lodge is steep and a 4x4 is needed if you don't take the lodge's lift. The activities offered are a little limited and at the upper end of the prices of other lodges. The overall value for money is less than some lodges, but if you like views it's worth it."

"Nice place and room. Not on main road. Hotel is located inside and road is bumpy unpaved with no lights. Hard to exit in the morning. Dinner included was good. Room was comfortable, we had a living room. Staff accommodated a take away breakfast, we left at 6 am the 2 nights we stayed here. Safe. It had AC."
