"The staff was excellent and the property despite what transfer companies say is very safe. Some tranport for tours are not accessible because they will accept your accommodation information on booking and then later tell you that the streets are too narrow for their vehicles to pick you up. Ask before you book otherwise they will tell you to meet them somewhere else and it may be 1 or 2 in the morning."

"Second time here. The staff are really wonderful; welcoming, kind and helpful. I wonder a little around the cleanliness:finding foreign hairs in our bed, but overall it was quite clean. The rooms are unique and funky. The only issue is the noise at night, not something they can do anything about. It’s the price you pay for booking in the old city. Overall I highly recommend this place."

"Check in was great, staff was very helpful as my youngest son keep leaving stuff around the hotel and staff kindly found it each time and put it aside for us. Busra the gentleman on reception very friendly and welcoming and Dilan, young lady working in dinning area was also very friendly and welcoming too. Our room was pleasant with a good view, for me the bed was a too firm but overall the hotel was good value for money."

"Thank Mustafa, Fasih, Erol, Surreya, and Mila for your outstanding hospitality! I was supposed to stay for 2 nights. But I ended up staying 5 weeks. The mountains view especially with the sunset is breathtaking.  The apartments are clean, new, and got everything.  The staff speak English and caring, especially Mustafa. I will return again for sure. I highly recommend it! It is better than big brands like Hilton and Marriott."
