They didn’t come inside to do cleanup (i.e. rubbish bag also not changed). I saw someone put towel bag inside "used towel" in the onsen area. It is not very hygiene if it places clean towel again."

"If you paid to stay at this hotel, you have already paid too much. The only redeeming quality of this place is the staff, they were friendly and polite. As for the building, to call this hotel "dated" is an understatement as it is right out of the 1960s. The room was hot and the AC was not working properly. We opened the windows to cool off, but the area around the hotel was not great. It was noisy and smelled like diesel. The room had a lot of dust and the carpets were dirty. I would not...

"This hotel is at the west exit of the Okayama train station, which is extremely convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included. The bus and tram stations are nearby that get you to the castle and the garden. "

"It is in a historical spinning mill factory museum. The building itself is old, but renewed to good condition with a excellent restaurant, bar, public bath, beautiful garden, patio and confortable accommodation. Location is a little bit far from the train station, but just next to or in the sightseeing area. "
