"New hotel so everything was fresh and new and nice. Check in was rigorous. I am a foreigner and had to provide my evisa which was annoying because even the Indian immigration just looked at my digital evisa on my phone . Also I booked a room with 2 beds as there were 3 of us and when paid online somehow the number of guest corrected to 2. Only one downfall, restaurant manager/supervisor who was in charge on 9Sep night (cant recall his name) passed an offensive and unacceptable remark on my way of eating thosai without realising that i’m a tamilian. I think he should just mind his own business and refrain from passing remark while customer having their meals. "

"Place needs to be mantained better. There was a black footprint on the bedsheet when we arrived and they had to be replaced. The place was not very clean. This was a non-smoking suite and we had tremendous smoke smell later in the night coming from the vents from an adjacent smoking room. We have relayed our complains to the manager but I don't think we would stay here again."
