"The camp is by the sand dunes and convenient for activities such as camel and jeep safari and atv and parasailing etc. Room was clean and hotel common areas were clean. During winter there is no heating in the room so bring extra clothes, hotel is happy to provide heated blankets if needed. There is ac in room for summer months. There is evening entertainment with snacks and coffee/chai. Dinner and breakfast included in stay as well. It is a bit of distance from town so recommend doing town...

"Overall, property is decent. However, could use some TLC. Lots of bugs in the room. Do not give drinking water daily. The head shower didn’t work in my room. The staff is super nice and tries to help where they can. The menu is essentially the same every day. We stayed for 3 days and ate same things. They should switch some things up. Also, the entertainment conflicts with dinner time. They should also not encourage drinking at the evening show. We paid a lot of money to experience the culture...

"The staff was helpful but the facility sucks. These were touted as luxury tents with attached toilet and bath. The toilet was non-functional. Right there this facility can only get a 0 on any rating scale from me. The linen was old and had not been changed. Imagine sleeping in a luxury tent on linen that has not been replaced. The tent itself was very dusty. The evening cultural program was nice. The ambience was decent. And as I said some of the staff was trying to be helpful within the limits...
