"Great location, plenty to do within walking distance such as shopping, dinning, ATM machines. Also its very easy to find CNG / Rickshaw right outside the hotel. The staff are welcoming, the rooftop pool was nice (not heated), The sauna is good but takes about an hour to fully heat up. The gym was ok for cardio but the heaviest dumbbells are 10kg - however, there is a local gym down the road 4 min walk. I think bathroom tiles could have been better cleaned, Overall it was a positive...

"Really friendly and helpful staff. Sadly there is no back up generator when the power goes off. Very hard place to find if don't have sat nav! Very reasonable price for stay and you must order evening meal at least two hour before you want eat. "

"I had to book this because of issues at noor jahan hotel. Mustafa at the front desk was very welcoming and all my needs taken care by him. Highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay. Place is clean and comfortable. "

"It was one lovely, lovely stay! We chose the Family Villa (1st floor), rooms are large. The serenity was commendable with music from running visible spring water beneath a balcony, accommodation was clean. The resort also had nice grassed walkways. BBQ dinner was in a small hut by spring side and costed mere BDT 500 (USD 6.5 approx) per person, which was amazing value for money. "Very friendly staff. The design was very modern and clean. My only wish was that the beds were a bit more soft because I had a hard time sleeping on the stiff beds. Other than that I would recommend this place to everyone coming to sylhet. It's one of the most affordable hotels here."

"Typically as expected inline with similar 3* hotels in Sylhet Town. Room with double bed was fine clean and reasonable but no natural light as windows blocked by wall/adjacent building. Bathroom needs an upgrade as poor quality. Be sure to insist on room with town view. "The general manager is a cheater. He will take cash instead of taking cards because he want to charge extra. Places and the furnitures are very old and swimming pool was so dirty. So Expensive but no fun at all! Do not waste your money please !"
