"We spent a very happy 8 nights here. As we hadn't rented a car we relied on the local train - which worked well and we nipped in to Stockholm easily a couple of times. The hosts were very welcoming and we have everything we needed. The house was big and spacious, with more balconies that we could use, and a property filled with fun things to do and use for all ages. Beds and rooms were traditional and comfortable, and the owners were kind to lend more beds for the kids. "Our stay in Sweden was wonderful! The cottage was small but perfectly comfortable for me and my sisters stay. Transportation too and from Stockholm was easy with the ferry and subway availability. We also enjoyed the immediate access to miles of hiking trails through the forest with the town and shopping within walking distance as well! Our host was extremely responsive and helpful! "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alex and Emma’s house in the forest - it’s just 45 mins from the city, yet feels further from any hustle and bustle of urban life.
