Booked 2 rooms one for my parentS and one for me and hubby. The male receptionist at night was friendly, however on our second night which we are checkong out the next day, my mum intend to have supper with us, but my dad wanted to sleep. So we went to the receptionist and asked if they can help us open the door as we didn't see the need to request for a second room card which need another 50myr and they said "yes, they can help us opened the door." Thus, of course we went out for supper. Upon return, the lady who was alsp there when we first asked, did help my mum to open the door, but with an unhappy attitude was obviously shown on her face. The customer service level of the hotel do have its room to improve. Lastly, the air conditioning in my parents room was not really working. In short, their maintenance service should also improve. Else I would rather stay in my relative's house instead of staying there. But since we do not want to trouble them, we stayed in this hotel. Thus, we hoped that they can improve to a better level so when we next return, we might considered here again.
