"It’s a convenient complex of 6 buildings including a spa and reception building connected through corridors which means you don’t have to go out when moving between buildings . Rooms are spacious and equipped with a coffee machine, tea bags etc. And a kettle. Bathrobes are included and it’s a norm that people are wearing these when going to a swimming pool or spa. My only observation on a room is that it doesn’t have enough drying racks - there were 4 of us snowboarding/ skiing plus using spa/...

"A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

"Stayed here after our 17k hike from Snezka mountain and it was the best decision we could have made. Extra comfy bed with luxurious bathroom was exactly what we needed. We didn't bring our puppy with us but I was extremely pleased how welcome the dogs were at the hotel after seeing quite a few of them there."

"Hotel and surroundings are are lovely. Breakfast selection was very good. The only negative thing was that they have seating area and games in corridor by some of the rooms. I was in one of those rooms. That meant i was woken up numerous times during late evening and night by people playing and being loud. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome."

"Hotel is very simple but clean, staff is friendly. Food is okay. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are pretty hard but we had good sleep. Pool is okay, there is sauna. The bowling area is really good with games, pool and bar."

"I stayed with my children and we really enjoyed the food and the service in the restaurant/bar was great. My boys liked the playroom for kids and table tennis upstairs. Ski storage was big enough to dry our jackets too. The only negative was the size of our room and no TV. Highly recommended."

"The house had plenty of space for two families. The location was good for our purpose (skiing in spindleruv Mlyn). It was hard drying wet clothes though we used a rack in front of the fireplace but it took a long time. Good kitchen equipment (own missing though). Many bathrooms and nice sauna. The house is newly renovated and look good. The beds was not so comfortable though with a slack in the middle. "Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Für Kinder sind viele Tiere auf der Anlage und ein schöner Spielplatz. Der Frühstückservice war nicht OK, weil Bestellungen nicht ankamen. Auch die Mülltonne wurde nur sporadisch geleert vor dem Haus. Laut der Chefin liegt dies wohl an der an dem fehlenden Personal. Sonst alles gut und zu empfehlen."
