After I told him I’m ready to pay to get the room now, he made a room available within 20 min. The room while it was “cleaned” was not really clean as the hotel has issues of smell and humidity due tu the swimming pool inside the suite. The hotel reception behavior was pathetic! We had need up checking out even if we paid for 2 days (no money returned or even offered). I would not recommend staying there."
