Für den Preis durchaus gut, wenn man selber nochmal nachlegt
Dafür, dass ich über Weihnachten in Kühlungsborn war, war diese Wohnung preislich der Hit und dafür auch in einem guten Zustand! Man kann sich sehr wohlfühlen.Sie liegt ca 1 km fußläufig vom Strand entfernt, für mich also gut erreichbar. Man hat einen eigenen Parkplatz und ausreichend Ruhe im Haus. Ein Einkaufsmarkt ist gegenüber. Negativ war jedoch:in einem Zimmer konnte man die Tür nicht schließen, weil das Bett im Weg steht (knallt dagegen). Für mich alleine ok, aber dennoch befremdlich. Der Herd hat erst nach 3 Anläufen funktioniert, ein Knopf fehlte und die anderen konnte man abziehen (Sicherheit?!).Die Sauberkeit der Toilette ließ zu Wünschen übrig. Alles in der Wohnung war sehr sauber nur da hat man die Reinigung vergessen?! Es kostete Überwindung diese zu nutzen, was nach einer eigenen Reinigung ging. Hier muss aber dringend nachgearbeitet werden. Aber das sind Sachen, die sich einfach beheben lassen.
