Taxi was $28 to hotel a couple miles away. Hotel floor plan is confusing making it challenging to find your room. Staff is helpful and responsive. Room is clean. We had a diagonal pillar on one side of the bed so it was like having a wall so we couldn't walk on that side of the bed. "

"Great location near the airport and by a train station to take you anywhere in the Osaka/Kyoto area. New hotel with lots of amenities. No breakfast offered and no view from the window as a privacy film is placed on the glass. A sign by the train station to let you know which direction to go would be helpful."
