Contactless check in and check out was seamless with really nice consideration for a slightly later checkout by the manager. Communication was also easy, messages replied almost instantly. "Well equipped apartment on the top floor of a hotel, where the staff had differing views to the owner as to the facilities that were available as a non-guest. Lounge area was compact, shower was over the bath with restricted shower-head adjustment. Comfortable bed, we appreciated the air-con in the bedroom. Ideally located in the centre of Mondsee and within earshot of the Basilica’s bells! Good value for money when compared to the equivalent hotel room."

"We enjoyed our stay in your apartment which was cozy and warm and served our needs. The views over the snow covered hills were impressive, especially when the sun was shining. We were impressed with how the fire brigade worked to clear the snow from the roof tops and how quickly the main roads were cleared to keep them open. "My family was very happy with our stay. Can you please confirm that my credit card was credited back the 400 Euros for leaving a clean room. Comments: My only complaint is that there were a lot of bees on the balcony during the daytime. Secondly my family felt that the pool should open at 10:00 and close at 22:00. "

"Perfect hotel for our family if four. Room was spacious and loved the kitchenette. Daily breakfast room was lovely and tons of quality choices. The scrambled eggs were amazing. There was a little path to walk down to the pedestrian district in town. It was a short and peaceful little walk to dinner.
