They didn’t clean the rooms we had booked, the food was terrible and sometimes uneatable, scramble eggs are made from powder, the receptionists ( with one exception- Marina) were unwelcoming and showed no interest in the guests. "Had a lovely weekend stay at the hotel. The rooms are adequately sized with the whole "chalet vibe" and a view of the snow covered mountains through the balcony (don't forget to ask for the mountain facing rooms) ! More than enough storage space and decently done bathrooms. The hosts are very pleasant and happy to share local tips. "Great hotel next to obersee in Arosa. We stayed on an apartment which is spacious and has a long balcony facing the lake or the open ice rink, Mountain View’s either way. Nice bar/dining area and very easy check in/out with very friendly staff. Room wax clean and quiet and ski room accessible by lift to all floors. You can walk to lift to slopes in 5 minutes or so or a bus right outside takes you to other access points to the ski area. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again."
