The sea views which can be seen from my room was amazing. However, cleanliness need to be improved. The cleaner left 2 glasses drink in the sink in the toilet with the cleaning towel. I believed she forgot to clean the glasses. The box of shower cap, and other amenities in the toilet were soggy and were not replaced with new ones. Overall, the room was okey.

Overall room is ok but you cannot control the speed of the fan, either off or on with max speed which is terrible. The waiting time at lift is crazy especially during check out peak time..waited for more than half an hour.

Hotel is fine.accomadation is good. Good services from front desk and cafe staff. Love the foods of Swiss cafe. Notes: please ensure all customer are follow S.O.P COVID-19.
