Very easy going and friendly. Also very accommodating. We turned up earlier than checkin and they said if the room is ready they will let us checkin and they did. They also let us hold luggage there for hours after we checked out. We had an amazing experience.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall called LaLaPort and is surrounded by a variety of shops and eateries. Property is aged and needs a renovation. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are very limited and very busy. Its worth getting the executive rooms so you have the option of a private lounge breakfast and evening drinks/snacks.

A good family hotel
This is not a new place but well maintaind and staff is very friendly. The best part was the playground onsite (RN 5 per entry), outdoors swimming pool and a small indoors exercise room. A great place for a family holiday. Also good location close to Berjajaya Time Square is a plus.
