I request a refund
I did not stay there, as I could not get into the property. I reached the property around 7pm. No one passed me the keys, nobody helped me. The owner's phone is not in used anymore. I tried call the Malaysian help line but was told to call again during office hour!
I planned to start the journey on Friday morning, but in the end I left my house around 3pm as I could not get the confirmation from your side. There was one lady assure that somebody will help me when I reach the property. I believed her and I started journey. I received an email telling me 'here are your keys'. So I believed everything is fine.
When I reached the property I called the phone number given in the email. It was a hotel number and they know nothing about the property. I tried call the Malaysian help line but the machine told me to call back during office hour! I got so mad as I need to settle the problem immediately. I had called the Malaysian help line a few times before and they should settle my problem before they went home, not leaving a helpless customer in a dilemma.
In the end I had to rent another place to settle my family. The first day of our holiday was ruined. My kids were very disappointed.
Please tell me how to lodge a complain and request for refund. Thank you.
