Good KLCC location
We liked it here. Plenty of space and nice to have something that was a bit like home for a couple of days. Rasul checked us in and welcomed us as we checked in after 6pm. He was really helpful and showed us around the apartment. Jasmine the owner gives you more than enough information to help you around the city. I would recommend this place to friends

The service staff were on the ball to resolve any issues u have. They were also ever ready to give u any recommendations on the places u can visit and dine in KL, not forgetting an useful directory on how to get to the nearest malls around the building. Please feel free to contact them any time. We told them that we had a car and they made the necessary arrangements for us. Super fuss free! I would say it was better than staying in a hotel as the apt comes with a kitchen, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Security was also on point. Highly recommended!

Perfect place to stay in Kuala Lumpur. They are very responsive to messages and always open to help you with everything you need. This location is amazing (5 min walk from Petronas Towers). The place is very clean with everything you need. It’s a combination of a hotel and an apartment. Highly recommended!

I stayed here in February in the one bedroom executive king suite. The room was very nice, similar to a small condo. The check in was easy, but this is not a typical hotel experience. There is no front desk per se like a hotel. I only saw the staff once during my stay. The staff would like to make contact via WhatsApp. Despite being a little different everything worked out well. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the Petronas towers and mall. My only complaint is that the ceiling insulation is not good. The occupants above me could easily be heard walking in their room. I would certainly stay here again.

Great 3 days in KL
The check in was easy and the apartment was great. Having Netflix built into the TV was great as we had been in the jungle for a while so could binge watch some stuff while laying in bed! The Showerroom was perfect for two and the two aircon units worked well. We used the small kitchen for breakfast which was a healthy and nice change from hotel breakfast. Most of all the best thing is the pool and gym on level 3, perfect for a dip after a hot day or a morning workout. Lastly really close to the twin towers and a massive shopping mall next to a lovely city park.

The location of the property is perfect for visiting KLCC. We didn’t like the layout of the property as ther were no sofas as they hadn’t been replaced with an extra double bed.

I stayed in 1307 and was very happy with the room. Room service worked around my changing schedule and I never lacked inside the room. The management and staff always had a smile on their faces and were so easy to talk with regarding local options to eat, sight-see and ways to get around. I had an occasion to meet the owner and was so interested in this business model. It's a block from Petronas Towers! A fantastic price but found I could have saved a few more dollars booking direct. I will next time. The best part of the experience was meeting the manager. She, Jasmine, began making my stay AWESOME from the moment my last flight was to leave Seoul, Korea en route to KL. Making sure I knew how best to navigate transportation opportunities; Having a staff member watching for me to show me to the front desk and so many other little things that proved in the end, to be big things. What a great place for my first visit to KL. I would not stay anywhere else on my next visit.

Lovely place with lovely deco and good amenities.Property was well-kept and well-managed.Strategic location within few minutes walk from KLCC.The property manager, Jasmine was very helpful and accomodating.She was very prompt in her replies to our messages and easy to communicate with.A big thank you Jasmine for your kind hospitality and even waiving the parking access card in order to enhance our holiday experience.This place is highly recommended.We have stayed in many apartments before and Jasmine is one of the most responsive and easiest to communicate with.Thank you again.

Excellent Property, Location and Customer service. Highly recommended. I am Glad to have chosen this property for my stay in KL. Amazing Service and attention to details
