Dissapointing
I made the reservation at least two weeks before stay. But the owner disturbed me by messaging that he doesn't have reservation in hotels.com. I would cancel my reservation but it was non refundable, because of it we had to go to this hotel for stay. I have never seen a room like this before. It doesn't have a balcony but the worst thing is that room's windows open to the stairs. At first, the owner told me that he has no other free rooms. But after a little while, he messaged me that he can give me a room with balcony but it has extra cost. We couldn't open the curtains and the windows and we couldn't dry our clothes too. Although the location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room was good, our stay was dissappointment for us because of the room and the attitude of the owner. The other things are the insufficient parking lot. You cannot find someone at reception at all times. Check-out time was 10:00 in hotels.com confirmation but he told us to check-out at 09:00. The main light bulb was not working but he changed it immediately. Shower head hanger was broken, but I didn't tell it to the owner. He should have checked the rooms already and he should have been aware of the problems and corrected them before.
