The home owner does NOT manage this page. We booked a room and after driving a couple of hours to this home, the owner tells us that there aren't any rooms available. When we showed the confirmation email, he stated that a family member posted his property at Expedia, and he does not manage it nor know anything about this site. Even Expedia has a hard time contacting the owner, who speaks no English, regarding my pending credit card charge. The owner is a nice man, that has no knowledge of this page.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
When we arrive the owner of the property said that he doesn’t have the booking and that everything was full book already. He didn’t give us any opción to get another place to stay. Then we call hotel.com paying for the phone call and finally we sleep in another house far away close to what we booked at first.. it’s not legal what he does with us.
