"The hotel provides free drinks, cookies and apples at the lobby when we arrived. That was a pleasant surprise to us as we were tired, thirsty and hungry from the travel. The reception staff (a male trainee) was very patient and helpful in attending to us and introducing the locations to us. Room size was spacious for 2 of us and breakfast was fabulous. Me and husband really enjoys it especially the bacon and sausage."

"quite a long walk from the centre. tram stop directly outside was a great bonus. breakfast was amazing & loved the cast option from our phones to the tv to watch anything we wanted. pool was a lot colder than we expected, thought it was heated :( great amenity that i wish robes & slippers were included for "

"A very posh hotel for us. Great view of the city from our room in the tower. Even better view from the bar at the top. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice. Only downside was the TV in our room didn't work but that didn't matter as we there one night & used our phones & hotel wifi. Glass door on the bathroom was interesting. "

"The apartment was very comfortable and spacious and had all we needed for a 4-night stay. The location was perfect - a fairly short walk from the station (15 mins), lovely area for just wandering, and a 10 minute walk to major attractions like Helsinki Cathedral. Really enjoyed our stay there and would stay again."
