"Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful host. Great historic property for a large group of friends. Rooms are all on separate floors. The common / living room area to hang out is only accessible from outdoors - it was raining when we were there so that made it hard and we didn’t use it. It looks like an old hostel or small hotel and that the “common area” was the lobby. "

"We enjoyed five nights at this wonderful villa. Milivoj met us at the villa upon our arrival - even though we were 4 hours later than initially estimated. He even had beverages for us in the refrigerator. The three separate units or "apartments" that comprise the villa were ideal for our group of three couples. The spacious common area in the largest apartment was perfect for group gatherings. Especially with long wide balcony with dining area and separate area with couch and chairs and table....

She also kept in touch throughout our stay, providing us with restaurant suggestions and activities in the area. She was a perfect hostess! "The villa is beautiful, with the most spectacular views, it's very large and decorated to the highest standard. All our family enjoyed their stay, it was like staying in a 5 star hotel with the bathroom facilities laid out for guests. The only negative I could say is the roads going up to the villa are very narrow and can be difficult with cars coming in the opposite direction, also the area of Podstrana isn't pretty, but nice around the beach and harbour, road to split is very busy for at least...
