"My stay at the Westin Southlake was wonderful in every way. The facility is brand new, so everything is nice. The showers and beds are amazing, and the gym equipment was especially immaculate. There are numerous little details that make everything feel so luxurious. I also cannot thank the staff enough for the way they attended to me for every need I had during my time at the Westin. I came to Dallas for a surgery, and on the day of my surgery when I was transported back to the hotel and freshly postop, one of the staff members took me upstairs to my room in a wheelchair since I had no one with me and was still too sedated to walk. The kindness of these staff members and the way they go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay is incredible."

"Hotel was centrally located to shopping and restaurants. There was a bit of highway noise, but nothing terrible. Staff was courteous. Hotel was clean. "
