Stein is a wasteland. A WLan is unfortunately not available. However, we can provide you with a receiver via radio/satellite on a daily basis for a fee.

As we have almost 100 fruit trees on the property, we are allowed to distil the surplus fruit into schnapps. If you wish, you can purchase schnapps from Stein at a special price. We have quince, pear, mirabelle, sour cherry and Kriacherl (plum) on offer.
Noble brandy means that 100% of the alcohol comes from the fruit and is distilled three times by us.

There is also a wallbox available for charging your Auitos.

We attach great importance to sustainability, which we also practise ourselves. So no big slogans, but deeds. Our farm and the holiday flats are heated exclusively with waste wood, wood that is neither cut down to be burned, but wood that would end up in the landfill if it were not burned by us. This is mostly dead wood or leftovers that cannot be used for other purposes. More wood regularly grows back on our land than is consumed. The ash is sieved and spread on the meadows as fertiliser. We allow ourselves the luxury of recycling any nails or other small pieces of iron in the ash.
The waste water is also treated on the farm and the sludge is incorporated. We therefore ask you not to put any bandages etc. into the waste water.

Schöne Gegend und nette Gastgeber.
Schöne Umgebung und nette Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist rustikal aber einfach mit großem Wohnbereich. Im Wohnbereich Recht dunkel, dafür sind die Schlafzimmer hell und nicht abdunkelbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Die Lage ist als sehr ruhig zu bezeichnen. Der nächste Nachbar ist 250m weg. Auto notwendig. Rustikale und funktionale Einrichtung. Viel Platz für 4 Personen. Mann kann auch schön im Hof oder Garten sitzen. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge nach Landshut, München oder Bayrischef Wald.
