"2回目の滞在。部屋は質素そのものだが必要十分であり、他と比べると料金も納得。室内にキッチンがあり、地下室には洗濯機もあるので2週間の滞在に最適だと思い選択した。現地スタッフはおらず、すべてオンラインでのやり取りだったが、特に支障はなかった。地下の洗濯機室の鍵をリクエストしておくと良い。 今回に限ってだと思うが、建物入口ドアのオートロックが故障(素通り)。エレベーターが2度故障(ただし翌日には復旧)。ドイツならではな感じで、この程度の不自由を楽しめるくらいのゆとりが持てると良い。"

"This is a lovely apartment a few minutesa’ walk from public transportation that will take you all over Dresden. It was very clean and very quiet, and the perfect size and location for me and 17 year old daughter. I hope to return to Dresden, and when I do I will certainly try to stay here."

Die Küche ist komplett allerdings müßten Türen neu eingestellt werden und der Müllauszug wieder gängig gemacht werden. Ansonsten hat die Wohnung ein großes Bad mit zwei Fenster und Anschluss an das Straßenbahn Netz direkt vor der Tür. Insgesamt recht gut mit etwas Luft nach oben mit wenig Aufwand vom Vermieter. Die Lage ist beschaulich, die Gastgeber überaus freundlich und die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist wirklich hübsch und gemütlich. "Excellent stay! Short tram ride into the hustle and bustle of Dresden. Perfect place for two people (or even three if one wants to sleep on the couch) and the neighborhood was lovely. We love to walk, so it was also easy to take the mile or so walk to the park and enter the City that way. Instructions to check in out wee detailed and easy. Thanks for a fantastic stay!"

"This was located in a superb spot in Dresden. The host was really kind and accommodating. They met us upon our arrival to go over the house rules and show us the features of the apartment. We stayed with our 80kg Great Dane and 3 children. There were basically 6 people staying here and there was PLENTY of room. I highly recommend staying at this location."
