"First time in Europe and the hotel had everything I needed. Food is amazing, everything is walking distance, and it's a very small town. There's plenty to see and enjoy European history. Only two items that are missing but I'm assuming this is a European thing, no mini fridge or microwave in the room. Not a big deal."

There are no clear signs for the staircase, in case of fire, safety is zero. Zhe rooms are not daily cleaned, there was no maid service in three days, changing towels is charged separately even though it was not stated when booking. "

"Upon arrival, I discovered that parking is only available 250 meters from the hotel and I had to drag my luggage uphill. At the reception, I was told that as a Gold member, I am not entitled to late check-out and would have to pay 6000 HUF for it. The room was old and smelled bad. I do not recommend this hotel."
