situated less than 15 minutes walk to the downtown, tucked into lush green and rich mediterranean vegetation.

Apartment Mediterraneo is situated on the ground floor and with a total area of 40 square metres provides ideal accommodation for 2 persons. Apartment consists of one bedroom, living room with pull-out sofa bed of size 130cm x 190cm and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and all necessary kitchenware. The bathroom has a basic sanitary equipment appliance and includes a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.
From the covered terrace provided with a table, chairs and grill the guests can enjoy the views of the private garden and the sea.
Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.

***Additional charges - payable on arrival:
- Registration fee: € 4,50 per person per stay
- Baby cot is available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability (extra charges may be applied).
- Pets are welcome ONLY with a prior announcement and at an extra fee of € 15 per day. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended.
- Later check-ins (after 9 p.m.) are subject to availability and must be arranged before arrival. An extra fee of 20.00 euros applies for arrivals after 9 p.m
- Security damage deposit: € 100 will be collected in cash and refunded on departure less any damages or extra charges that may occur
